By making an order, the customer makes an agreement with Best Body and gives his or her consent to data processing by thebestbody.co.uk
Personal data placed in Best Body's database are only processed for the needs of thebestbody.co.uk, for marketing purposes,as well as you agree to receive marketing information and our special offers via e-mail.
The customer has the right to see his or her personal data and correct them if necessary.
The customer may wish to temporarily or permanently restrain processing his or her data or even remove them from thebestbody.co.uk's database.
The orders can be made by filling in the form on the website.
The prices of the goods are in British pounds and they include VAT tax.
The realization of the order carries out from 1 to 2 days. The average time of delivery of the parcel is 48 hours. Free deliveries can take up to 5 days.
You can make orders 24 hours a day all year. Orders made after 2 pm Monday to Friday and orders made during the weekend will be considered the next working day.
If the ordered article is out of stock, the Customer is informed about this fact and the following delay of delivery as well as possible change of costs.
The ordered goods are delivered by Royal Mail or other courier services, such as DHL.

Best Body does not take any responsibility for damaged parcels, when damage is caused by the deliverer.
The complaints concerning mechanical damages caused by transport or the lack of goods, will be considered only if the parcel is received in the presence of the deliverer. The complaint will be considered provided that the complaint report is completed together with the deliverer.
Refund policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with our service , we will give you your money back. Simply contact us via email and we will arrange your refund. You should receive your money within 5 working day (please note sometimes it may take up to 3-6 weeks)
