L-CARNITINE is a natural vitamin-like substance, which plays a key role in the body energy processes. L-carnitine supplementation before exercises increases energy production from fat.
It increases endurance, prevents fatigue, and accelerates fat loss to a great degree. L-carnitine also limits fat formation and its storage in the body. Chromium regulates blood sugar level preventing "glycemic fluctuations"; therefore, it limits cravings for sweets.
Vitamin B6 takes part in proper fatty acid metabolism.
Recommend use:
Workout days: Take 4 tablets on empty stomach 45min before training.
Non-workout days: Take 2 tablet 2 times a day between meals. Wash down with approx. 200-300ml of beverage.
