HMB Revolution is an improved version of one of the most popular supplements, which is used in body-building and other kinds of professional sports - the refined version of HMB. It consists of adequate combinations of short-chained fatty acid (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbuterate) with the relatively exogenic amino acid - arginine. HMB shows strong anti-catabolic activity, which protects muscles from destruction.

Recommended use:
Recommended daily portion 2 capsules, 3 times a day.
On workout days: I portion (2 capsules) 30 minutes before the first meal, II portion (2 capsules) just after a workout, III portion (2 capsules) just before sleep.
On non-workout days: I portion (2 capsules) 30 minutes before the first meal, II portion (2 capsules) 30 minutes before dinner, III portion (2 capsules) just before sleep. Preferably swallow with approximately 300 ml of water.
